I built one for myself but because of cost considerations, mine ended up a hint smaller...

Stinson Trimotor (tail no.: NC15165). This is the last Stinson Trimotor in existence, in 1985 at the EAA Airshow in Oshkosh, WI. She's still flying!

Gulfstream II, from the days just before Grumman sold Gulfstream Aviation. This particular aircraft was used as the Grumman corporate jet and the picture was taken shortly after we landed at Oshkosh to attend the 1985 EAA airshow. Pentax Program Plus and 50mm ƒ1.7 lens on Kodacolor II film.

Gulfstream GV-SP (G550) on final approach into Republic Airport in Farmingdale, NY, in 2017. K-3II and FA 100-300mm.

Socata TB20 Trinidad, also on final approach into Republic Airport in 2017. This aircraft, and the Gulfstream GV-SP in the previous image are owned by the same aircraft leasing company, which explains why their tail numbers are so close.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's a Convair 240.

Thanks Mark - I looked it up. It's a Martin 4-0-4. Even has a rear dropdown door
