The wind can do some strange stuff. That one almost looks like it has human or snapping turtle characteristics.

Thanks Richard. This one is moderately famous, I've seen it in several geology texts. The really spectacular ventifacts are in Antarctica - combination of persistent fierce winds and relatively soft erratic boulders left by glaciers.
