O is for Oregon Grape, very common in the Okanagan. The flowers become little purple berries that are sour, but make a great jelly.

X is for XENARTHRA. I know, I know. I used "Xenarthra" once before, with an anteater, but here I'm using an armadillo (not the 9 banded common in the USA). For any not knowing, Xenarthra = the mammalian group that includes sloths, anteaters, and armadillos. AKA: Edentata.

Z is for ZEBRA LONG WING. Even with insects, it's hard to escape "zebra" for a "Z" word.
