Io. Cannot chase any more. My jogging days ended with the first hip transplant. It's a forbidden activity (impact can drive the femoral part of the prosthesis down the shaft like a log-splitting wedge, eventually the shaft will split and then you are in deep trouble).

OK.Í'll take up the Challenge and do the chasing. No such changes to my physique -yet! In fact have not in hospital for illness/operations yet in all of my 56 years. I'm very blessed. Closest was as a school kid when I ran (being late for class) into a tennis net pole, and dislodged a bone in my right hand. A quick visit to the hospital, bandaged and I was all set again. It did have the benefit of allowing me not to having to write exams that term.
