That almost looks ghostly. Where is it taken?

Azores. Much of the coast ir very rocky and rugged - sandy beaches are uncommon and generally small. But the rocky stretches are visually interesting and there are sometimes pools, well-protected from waves, that are fine swimming holes. So, cement pathways with flights of steps have been constructed across the jagged rocks to provide access for swimmers, fishermen, and tourists.
