Bed and Bath of a place we stayed in Kenya. The sleeping area was in front and was basically a large, very sturdy tent on a platform. The bathroom facilities behind the bed were in a frame-built structure atop the same platform. It was far more luxurious than expected, as were almost all the accommodations we had.

DESK. Except for being painted, this does bring some memories.

It was a small town in Italy on our way to the Dolomite mountains. It truly was quaint. I have to say that I really enjoy your pics of that Kenya hotel. It looked upscale.

GRADER, on display outside the storage garages of a nearby town. Presumably it was once puled behind a tractor or heavy truck to either level gravel roads or smooth a roadbed preparatory to paving. I wonder, too, if it was ever used to clear snow.
