GLORIA - it's in the molding of the bell, which is from the sunken 1715 treasure fleet.
I've seen a similar frame to highlight the scenery in New Zealand, although that one was accompanied by signage about who was involved in preserving the view and encouraging support for similar preservation.

LIGHTHOUSE, now abandoned because of a volcanic eruption. The tower is attached to a rectangular building that is a full two stories tall, but the lower level of that living quarters has been buried by volcanic ash that is about eight to ten or more feet deep all around the building. The roof and second floor also collapsed under the weight of the ash. A new museum has been built within the old building, and ash has been excavated and removed to expose the buried living quarters.
