now a days no one reads titles any more, they get title insurance instead and even if you tried the old titles have been modified so you don't get the original descriptions if they are far enough back

Second floor door - BEWARE OF THAT FIRST STEP! I suspect that OUAT there was a balcony.

Correction. I found a little history of Silver City, Idaho, where this building is located. There never was a balcony. The second floor doors were for entering buildings during the winter, when approach from atop the snow. Think of that!
