Kayaks. Not sure if "kayak" applies to those designs that are not quite a kayak and not quite a surf board.

for what it is worth - ( I'm a traditionalist I guess )

a kayak to me is a vessel designed to float on top of the water while carrying a person ( or two) seated in holes in a covered hull perhaps having a little room for cargo powered by a double blade paddle

a canoe is similar but could carry more people and/or cargo and has no covering over the top of the hull powered by a single blade paddle

bottom line I see a kayak or two in your photo if they have a removable cover some where

Yes. I see two unambiguous kayaks in the image, with identical color patterns, easy to spot by the blue sterns. I'm not sure what manufacturers call the more open designs, like a kayak without the over-leg hull, and then there are some that have even lower gunwales, and some that are essentially flat on top, like a big surfboard but not intended for surfing. I think the last design is used for stand-up paddling.

aren't those " sail boards " and " paddle boards "

I make that guess based on my vast knowledge of boats and ships gained from years of living far from a coast in the middle of the US - Illinois, Iowa and Kansas
