I is for Indian Fruit Bat

hanging out in the neighborhood

Giant Indian Fruit Bat - a " flying fox " - in the Lied's Jungle in the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha Nebraska.

It kept flying through the exhibit and then stopping in the tree top a long way away from me

cropped and pp

hand held, natural light, shot through the glass window of the Treetop Restaurant which overlooks the rain forest exhibit

Leaves. Back lighting seems to work better on Autumn leaves than classic high-over-your-left-shoulder lighting

Stone fence. These are all over New England. A careful survey and measuring of them in a couple towns to the northeast of our locations, followed by calculations, indicated the volume of stone in the fences in that area slightly exceeded what is in the Great Pyramid.
