I'm sure they were placed meticulously, as that is the way they work at Longwood. Whether they'd tip stem down if they were not packed so tightly I do not know.

Organ recital, scheduled to start in about 10 minutes. The organ is up front at the far left. Longwood was jammed, and seats for hearing the organ played were apparently all occupied as much as 45 minutes before a scheduled performance.
