Outdated Outboard engine, but the design looks simple, efficient and basically the same as any modern outboard. The only major change I see is the position of a big rudder in front of the propeller. SFAIK modern outboards have only a small fin-like rudder that's integral with the gear housing.

Stilt-walker. I've seen so many performers doing this, but it still amazes me they can do it so long, so many times and never seem lose their balance. The "feet" showing below the cuffs almost look like ice-skates.
