A Z in the power lines. (Perhaps too many Zs in the power lines is a cause of power failure )

AWFUL wiring. This is just decorative, but it may be actual wiring from Indian purchased for scene-setting. In any case, I remember a TV documentary that showed the awful wiring in some neighborhoods of cities in India. A problem = people simply tap into the official wiring on their own.

Yup. Saw the color version. Toss-up on which I prefer. Both are good.

YIPPEE! YELLOW! Everyone's favorite subject for "Y." BTW: Taken with a Fuji S9000, my first digital camera. WHat is now commonly called a "magazoom" = fixed 28~300mm FF equivalent lens. I selected this model for several reasons: 1) zoom range; 2) filter thread on lens (not all that common in this type of camera back then): 3) AA batteries; 4) metal shutter release button threaded for a standard mechanical cable release. I do not understand why that last item is not a feature on modern DSLR's. This was probably taken with a Nikon 52mm achromatic close-up filter attached. Good bokeh.
the threaded release is common in the Fuji lineup -- all mine have it (7 cameras) - like the more traditional shutter aperture layout it was a selling point for me when i changed

Cove, protected from the wind and somewhat shaded, has retained ice.
