R for ROCK PARTRIDGE. Pretty sure of the id, but the bird might be the very similar chukkar also found in this area.

No, changed it because I had posted the earlier pic in this thread a while back already.
Thanks for your kind comments. I think that is probably the most beautiful of all cats. That particular one from a Zoo, as restless as a cat on a hot tin roof- except there was no tin roof.

X for an X shaped architectural support feature in another place of worship. (These "strainer arches" were built in 1338 in Wells Cathedral, some time after the construction of the building. They've looked a bit darth vader-ish to me each time I've seen them in the flesh.)
