Thanks I went back and looked at 100% at this shot and another shot that had two of these showing, and as far as I can tell, it's just the way these spider web threads reflect light in the right conditions, whatever those are.

Been a while since I posted a V for VIKING - the distinctive hilt of a Viking sword. IQ poor on this shot - think the AF missed the grip and focused too far back, plus a some shake.
