I've never seen a power tower with barbed wire on it like that, and is that razor wire around the bottom? Around here, the fact that the climbing pegs don't start until it's ten feet off the ground is considered enough of a climbing deterrent.

Here's the old standby for Y: yellow, though Ferrari calls it "giallo modena."

It is appearing in a lot of places around here, and not 100% sure why, but probably to do with cable theft, a huge problem around here. Any piece of scrap metal will do you see, and even our drain/sewerage manhole covers are taken. Or otherwise to deter would-be telephone connections- people who are ingenious enough to know how to connect to the telephone lines, and in that way are able to speak to people "free of charge". Again, another huge problem, and the company I work for part time, one year had a telephone bill that ran into several thousands of rand, which when investigated, was discovered someone had tapped into the line, and called among others, Spain, Pakistan and UK and national calls. Does'nt make sense I know, as all you need is a wire nipper and away you go. But still, every small deterrent helps.

E is for ELGIN, yet another famous watchmaker, once with the largest factory in the country, now just a memory.
