Q is for Quartet of Helioi (?)
Howdy!, Jean. Yes, back last night from Kenya & Tanzania after 36 hours on the go. Something between 4600 and 5000 files on cards, but after deleting many duplicates & throw-outs perhaps 1000 keepers will remain. Will assault PF members with many of them in time, as well as images from old chromes whose scanning was completed just at departure.
Now I must dress, go out & clear the mass of tight-packed icy snow that slid off the roof in front of the garage. Over half a meter of snow in my area while we were away. So very very sorry we missed that.

OOPS! Slight miscalculation. Our time on the go, starting with 5AM local time wake-up at Ngorongoro until we stepped into our chilly home was 46 hours, many spent waiting between flights.

Welcome back! And eagerly looking forward to your "assault" - I've been quite active with posting wildlife pictures from around Africa while you've been away

Sounds great (!) and be careful in all that snow ... looking forward, as always, to your images ... Salut, J

Yes Welcome back-we missed you! Also looking forward to the assault, or should that be "to see the effect of the African Bug on you"! Savoche suffers terribly from it, and we'll make plans to get JP smitten too! In any event- now the 4 musketeers will be at it again-WPRESTO, SAVOCHE, JEAN POITIERS and noelcmn.

Here's V for Vista and W for Waiting- that lady probably waiting for other members of the Zionist African Indigenous Church.

Here's a YELLOW BIRD for "Y"
While away I have been following posts from time-to-time on M's traveling computer, and admired Savoche's fine images from Africa. It will take time to get my Africa files posted, Even getting them into the computer will take patience. BTW: this trip was first extensive use of the new K3.
