Thanks. Been through parts of Scotland, but not to St. Andrews. Only seen it during televised broadcast of the open. Strikes me as a small but ingeniously or insidiously elaborate course.

I've been lucky enough to have played a good number of The Open courses but there is something so special about The Old Course; so much history. Standing on the first tee is an incredible experience.

Congrats! I'm no duffer - make no pretense of playing the game. My golf, like my French, would send those in the know into either hysterical laughter or hopeless despair.

Uhmm, since when has a Zebra become a hazard. @ Skukuza golf course in the Kruger Park, this would be considered a pleasant delight. Crocodiles, leopards, lions and Buffalo would be more hazardous and which has happened I am told! In that case I'd rather have St Andrews thank you.
