Amazing shot. It looks so recently vacated - has it been restored for touristic reasons, or do things just keep well in the desert? Or did someone really live like that not too long ago?

I have to do some research to get the details. It is now within a park and is established as a tourist point-of-interest. The fenced horse pens look original, not restored, but the cabin & outbuildings do look in better condition than one might reasonably expect. If I can find details I'll get back and post them, but do not hold your breath.
