JEWELRY again. In case you did not guess, I've been photographing many pieces of costume jewelry. Hundreds of pieces inherited from my mother, my sister and my sister-in-law, all picked through by the women in the family for what they wanted. Before the remainder goes to Goodwill, I wanted to take images of the more interesting pieces. This necklace belonged to mother.

My error. Corrected. BTW: Saxon is growing into a formidable presence. German Shepherds are that way, mostly, although I know one that's a turn-up-my-tummy and make little whimpering noises in hopes just about anyone will respond and give me a few gentle strokes. Disarmingly sweet dog.

Kingfisher- Another different shot of the Brown Hooded Kingfisher than the ones posted to POTW and the Wildlife thread - This one does very little fishing, it prefers insects and small rodent/Reptiles/birds and crustaceans.
