I'm doubtful on that id.because the picture was taken in Australia. The lizard's long slender body also doesn't fit my gestalt idea of a skink. But, I have been profoundly wrong with identifications more than once (lost count).
OK I must eat crow, or skink. It is a "common garden skink"
