Sydney Harbor bridge. Also known as The Coathanger.
I figured the Opera House would give it away!

Exactly what I thought. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't an ocean in Colorado I didn't know about.

a couple hand-held stitches from last night using the FA77

This one was 37 shots and I missed a couple spots that I roughly cloned in..

(Disneyland is about 8 miles directly toward the sun from this spot)..

This one was 81 shots but I cropped it quite a bit....

Wow! Todd those panos are awesome. We don't get those cloud filled sunsets too often.

Exactly! Have to grab them when we can! Too bad the clouds have to come with the nasty humidity!

OK, another thread I didn't know about, that I happen to have a shot for...

This one shot with my DP2, two images stitched.

Taken from the lookout off of Hwy 60, between Barry's Bay and Whitney, stitched in Hugin

Yeah, but for SoCal the level that counts as "nasty" is really just 'comfortable' for the rest of us... And for the folks in the muggy parts of the country your 'nasty' is 'bone-dry' You sure have great panos out over the city. Taken up in the hills above the 55?

Going to be in your area in a few weeks (visiting the inlaws and then some time in San Diego loafing while the wife works). They're right there in Orange too...

Yep, heard of the Orange Hill restaurant? It's pretty well known (and expensive). It's straight up Chapman... They actually let me in just to park and take some shots. I live near the 55 and Chapman and frequent the Orange Circle (Old Town) if you're familiar with it. Enjoy your trip!

Yeah, we just had such a nice mellow summer weather-wise - relatively speaking - that I was hoping it would carry on into the fall, but this heat wave is pretty typical for this time of year here...

The circle, yes, the restaurant no... My inlaws are weird - they are so paranoid about information I'd probly get in trouble for even saying they live near the Brickyard... It'll be nice to go see them for a nice short visit then off to the beaches... Still haven't decided if I want to haul my dive gear down, but I'm pretty sure there will be some snorkeling and sea-kayaking time at La Jolla (and I am taking the WG10 along!)
