Thank you, much appreciated! I see what you mean but I tried to keep the late dusk feeling in the image. Might be interesting to try a second interpretation.

Italian Dolomites near Cortina d’Ampezzo, 10 hand-held frames in portrait orientation (with a lot of overlap) stitched in Hugin. Pentax K-5 II with Samyang 16mm F2.0 ED AS UMC CSan f/9.

Stitched pano of dwarf buckwheat, the little white plants. DW is adapted to the dry and sometimes extremely hot conditions on loose volcanic material, generally cinders.Each plant has shallow horizontal roots that form a circle much wider than the aerial part of the plant, which causes them to be more-or-less uniformly distributed with large empty patches separating individual plants.
