I went back to the same location I was at earlier in the week this morning, hoping for light. I got it!

Another panorama from Yellowstone this one of the east end of the Lamar Valley in quite different weather conditions. K-1 and D FA 28-105, 9 portrait image pano merge.

Excellent. Pleasing aspect ratio (3:1 ish) that really suits the composition, beautiful soft "painterly" light and color, sense of boundless space ...

When panoramas go wrong:



This should have been five shots with a 28mm but I was stuck with 420mm and let myself get a bit flustered.
