Yes, the I used the trusty old A* 300/4 that went out of production when I was in middle school.
I like to go as long as possible for something like this where I want the moon to look big.
The distant mountains are probably 50 miles away.

Here's something different - a stitched pano from 8 images with the HD-DA 15 Ltd and KP. (Processed in DxO PL4 and merged with Microsoft ICE) This is Mountain Ash (Eucalytus regnans) forest in the Strzelecki ranges in south eastern Victoria.

Springtime last year. It looks like the tractor treated the field with a rototiller attachment rather than plow or harrow.

our local beach - can't remember how many shots I used - about 7-8, I think (I skipped a couple in the sequence), but it still took forever to stitch
