Nice, Mike! Cruises generally don't appeal to me in general but that one really does.
This may be stretching the definition of landscape a bit but I did it today with this thread in mind.

Nice images Dave and Javier!
I tried an other one from Yosemite. Itís a picture from Nevada Fall, taken in the rain while hiking the John Muir Trail.

Two quick conversions from my recent trip to Myrtle Beach.

1st taken with SMC-A 28mm @ F8, 1/100", E.V. +0.3 and ISO 100

2nd taken with a Promaster (Tamron) 28-200mm Asph @ 40mm, F13, 1/400", ISO 3200, E.V. +0.7. and then heavily cropped. I really wanted to push some graininess for the B/W conversion. Just have basic PP options right now so I couldn't really go in and add a grain effect like some have done, but I think it came out OK.

I've been chasing birds for four days and haven't had a chance to check here till now, great pics! Cool to see your Inside Passage pics Mike, it's been too many years since I've been up there but it's an incredible place as your pictures show, thanks for posting those.

Black & White Landscapes

Here's an outside post I came across with some nice stuff along the lines of what is being posted here. I feel many of the images here can fit in. Take a look and see what you think.

Going a bit minimalist (and pre-dawn), winter-time New Jersey shore images...

Fujica ST605, SMC Takumar 35/3.5, yellow filter, I think XP2 film

I forget the camera, 16-45 lens, BW400CN film, the sun is just above the horizon here and stars are still visible

Fuji F10, pre-dawn glow
