Converted to an aquatic planter. Better than the old tires full of flowers I sometimes see, but not as nice as old wheelbarrow planters.

I thought this was an interesting combination of asphalt, cobblestone, cable and chains. I guess they just paved over the anchor with the last resurfacing.
