Two more interiors. These were taken at an auto show on town common quite a few years ago. Hope they hold this event again sometime soon.

Sort of a vehicle. It does transport people, but only a short, well defined and controlled distance.

Your post prompted me to look up the etymology of ‘vehicle’, a word that had previously escaped my attention in that way. Since it derives ultimately from the Latin ‘Vehere’ meaning ‘to carry’, a balloon with a gondola surely fits the description. I daresay a pregnant female does, too.

That was the thought that came into my head while I was reading your post, and also a daddy carrying a child on his shoulders.

Amtrak engine that looks as though it had an encounter with something. Needs a bit of hammering.

Another engine photographed from an Amtrak on -the-go. It looks fresh and clean outside the engine shed.

GEEEZZ!! What a terrific capture. If I had a choice between all of those SUVs or the Mustang, 5 guesses as to which I would opt for, and the first 4 guesses don't count.

A great many thanks for the awesome treat.
