There's an age limit. It varies by state, but it's 30 years old for Victoria. There are other exceptions e.g. people on holidays.

This one was converted: I understand it cost nearly as much to import and convert as was paid for the car.

Here's another Caddy - 1961 de ville - It's a lefty also.
The Caddy club had a long weekend in and around Wangaratta when I took these.
I was otherwise busy that weekend and only saw a few around town - a couple of hours earlier than I found this one, I would have had 100 Caddies in one spot!
(This one was pure white: carelessly taken in the shade of green trees and this is as good as I can make it)
