The Tug & Crane Barge look to be a matched set. I'd guess the tug may be scrapped but I'd guess the crane will find a new life

Looks like a UH-1N Twin Huey. Great choppers.

I had a neighbor years ago that had a UH-1B, an old Vietnam era machine. Parked it right next to his house. He got it surplus and I guess it was supposed to be for recreational flying. The whole time I lived in that neighborhood it never flew. A few years after I moved away I was in the area, and saw some guys getting it ready to fly. A few days later it was gone.

A couple of slide shots Bell 212 lifting off from the Canadian Coast Guard Base in Dartmouth NS in 1977 and a Bell 206 Jet Ranger doing Ice Patrol circling to land on the Icebreaker Labrador in the winter of 1978
The 212 was a twin engine version of the Vietnam era Huey configured for lifting and carrying heavy loads and an earlier version of the helicopter used for firefighting in the earlier post.
