It is a replica.
The simple matter of fact with Cobras is that the original 427 Shelby Cobra only numbers 327 or so examples, all told, and the various companies that make replicas of same make more than that in a month. The real deal Cobras are extremely rare, and so it's pretty good odds any Cobra you see is a replica, to the point that the chances that it's genuine are essentially 0, unless you're at a Concours D'Elegance, Goodwood, or a museum.
Anyone with a real, genuine cobra probably wouldn't have fitted it with non-factory style wheels, as well, but that's not an impossibility.
I'm not saying you'll never see a genuine Cobra, just that it's very unlikely. Some of the replica companies make amazingly good quaity Cobras, some even better performing than the original, and even endorsed by Shelby American. But they are not the original
