Trying day time long exposure with K3 + DA21smc
It is 20 images of Longexpose + Stitch (2 sections) & Stack images (for longer light trails).
I try it with Polarizing filter and I don't really like the blue sky in the image. I should have spent more time on the post process.

A lot of work went into that shot, and the results are worth it. The blue sky is not really much of a downer for me, but using your favourite post processor, desaturating the blue shouldn't affect the rest of the image significantly, even if you don't have the capability of local processing like LightRoom's adjustment brush.

Have you tried using a neutral density filter?

I started with a variable density ND filter. If I was to have filters of fixed density I would have a light, medium and fairly dark one to start, and stack them if I wanted more than the darkest one.

It is all about experimenting. When we do things that change the basic parameters for gathering light and creating an image, very interesting things happen. So give something a try, enjoy doing it, and enjoy viewing the results.

Your work is always a pleasure to see.

The friend of mine that I went with has that same model and year, but restored instead of a turned into a rat rod. I guess the idea sometimes is the more impractical, the better lol..thus the chop tops at times where you cant even sit in it without craning your neck!
