Yes it's a bit of a "Fix'er Up'er" but it looks like it may not have been sitting there for too long because the wood in the cradle isn't rotten.
I'm also surprised that the gas engine hadn't been replaced by small diesel engine. Boats like that with gas engines were notorious for catching fire and or blowing up.
I'm surprised that some Maritime Museum around Owen Sound hasn't tried to recover the boat because I'm pretty sure the yard that built it is long gone. It could make quite the "Make Work" Project for the cadets of the Marine School in Georgian College as well
