That shot definitely looks like slide film!

1931 Ford Model A. Unfortunately, he was leaving just as I drove up, so this is the only shot I was able to get. K-3II and HD DA 16-85mm.

On the Buckfast-Totnes heritage line sometime in the late eighties, shot with Kodachrome 64. Oh, how I miss that beautiful, magical film.

(The soft corners are from field curvature in the the DSLR "scanning" process and not the fault of the original slides.)

The Union Pacific tracks are less than a mile away so it was easy to watch the train go by. My wife wanted to go along so I set up a camera for her and got two angles. Her shot was better.

Before I read your text, I thought you would say "sometime last weekend." Awesome shots, and truly remarkable film.

I'm really enjoying the Big Boy captures from everyone else, too.

I spotted this in my apartment's parking lot yesterday morning. A Porsche 911 GT3, I believe it's a 991.1. I have no idea what this $150,000 homologation supercar was doing here, in the part of the lot where the homeless spend the night sleeping in their (much less costly) cars. The tires alone cost $500 each, and they only last a few thousand miles, or a few days at the track.

First image that I've taken in a while that I really liked, plus it's got boats.

Well captured. I miss when cars had such color coordination. Ford seemed to stick with it longer than anyone else; when I was a little kid, we had a blue F-150 with blue velour seats, blue carpet, blue plastic dashboard... this was in the '90's.

They're going through a nostalgia phase with their Lincoln brand now, re-naming models with actual words again instead of the random three-letter combos they've been using, and I got pretty excited when I saw this at an auto show two years ago:

And this, I guess for those nostalgic for the '70's. Earth tones all day.

Where's my cigar?

Thanks. Yeah, those pastels, chrome and wide whites were pretty cool. Great looking shots from you as well!
