I was going to mention how I was going 2 out of 4... The automobile would've been easy. The boats, at about 15 miles off the nearest beach, would've been challenging.

Believe it or not, this late 1940's UNIT track hoe excavator still gets used.
CCD sensor rendering courtesy of my K10D and much newer Sigma 18-300 DC EX HSM. 1/125 @ f13 ISO 400 128mm.

In the UK the number plate is allocated by the licensing authority when the vehicle is first registered.It is possible to go through an expensive process to buy a personalised plate but not many people bother.
