That was taken back in 2007 at the Dallas Arboretum. They had other VWs decorated like this - I'll try to find the photos.

A tourist train in Alaska. although I think it also brings supplies to a town that is the gateway to Denali, where we were going. The town is tourist-dependent, so the entire place shuts down in the winter. SCAN from a chrome, leaning out in a manner that was not approved.

The oldest active Vintage Hydroplane on the APBA Vintage & Historic Circuit. F-77 Barracuda is a 1947 Fred Wickens hull built by Fred Wickens in California. The boat is currently owned by my friend Tim Settle. His father bought it as a toy to play with in the early 60's. The boat has been in Tim's family since. It still sits on its original wooden trailer. Both pictures were taken on 5/1/2022. It one of the more popular boats at each race.

Taken with my K-3 III and DA* 60-250mm HD 1.4X AF Tele Converter
