Post your best Landscape Photos of 2009

Well, it's the end of the year, just two more weeks to go, so it's time to resume.
This is the place to post your best Landscapes of 2009. I would say a max of 3 per
person. Please, post here the pics you're proud of!

These are mine, just to get things rollin'...

Here are my two. Similar, but really the only thing I took that I actually like as far as landscape goes, and they are really beach scapes. I will see if I have third, though I don't think so.

Bison Herd at Trout Creek, Yellowstone, October 2009

A hand-held pano of a Bison Herd at Trout Creek. K100d, 18-55mm kit lens.

I also took this hand-held pano of lost lake while I was there:

And I can't forget the falls either:

Thanks for starting it Rense, #3 is impressive and I bet there's an orange filter on that. Never seen the dutch mountains like that .-)

Got one from this summer, a nice travel to the north of germany, big clouds towards the Baltic Sea in the north

Hey Rense, how much for an enlargement of your 3rd one? And I'm not even kidding. Absolute brilliance.

Rense, They are all good but I love number 3.

jgredline, excellent beachscapes, you keep us all California dreaming.

matiki, great shots, love the falls, was there about 40 years ago and hope to return this summer.

georgweb, equal amounts of sky and land make this work very nice, I like the incusion of the fence.

rormeister, Nice, I like bridges and this is very pleasing.

I got my K20D in July and have enjoyed the photo sharing on this site, learning from you guys. Thanks for a good year and Merry Christmas to all.

Some absolutely stunning images so far!

I beg your forgiveness for posting so many shots, but I just couldn't narrow it down. I spent the greater part of the year living in Germany and taking my camera out every day, so there are just too many shots that I love that I can't leave out.

Rense - all three of your shots are great, but the immense thunderstorm is excellent (minus the powerlines overhead ). Great B&W conversion on that one too.

Keitha - wonderful shots (as usual)... this one is truly fantastic in my eyes... I don't even see the misty background initially, but it sort of materializes into sight - really a standout photo...

I'll post a few of my own faves in a bit...
