Oriental Art

Thought I'd give it a go this time for my 1st attempt at this challenge. My basic thought behind my PP was to turn it into a piece of art, so...

1. Heavy crop to focus just on flower.
2. Levels adjustment to fix exposure.
3. Played with the hue to shift it to where it is now, other colors didn't seem to work as well. This gave it an oriental feel to me, hence the title.
4. Adjusted the levels just a bit more.
5. Sized.
6. Looked at sharpen/blur and decided that a softened look fit in with my mind's eye. Kind of just wanted colors, but not too much detail. Also looked at wind effects and motion blur, but they weren't subtle enough.

Hope you enjoy.

Some interesting results so far. Messed around with some filters and adjusted in LR to achieve an "abstract art" look.
