Overall, I don't think it is that good of an image, but the shadow tells the story in it. It was taken at the Texas welcome center on I-10 westbound just across the stateline.

Sadly my initial response when I saw this guy walking ahead of me was not good. Why? Because one of the most despicable scams here in L.A. is folks pretending / faking to be blind in order to collect money from tourist or strangers...I myself have been a victim to this scam until I saw the same guy I gave 5 bucks to earlier in the day counting his days take when I ran into him later on that same day...You bet I had words with him and all he said was that it was ''his'' job.....

So when I actually saw a real blind person walking and going about his life, I was impressed. When I saw him navigate the crazy busy corners and streets, I was in AWE....It is not often I will shoot someone in the back, but I wanted to shoot this fellow and try and capture what I saw... I would bet that he sees more of the street than even I do.

thanks... there were thousands of crisp crinkly brown tan and golden leaves. the ground texture was unbelievable.
