Looks like a smaller version of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Seems to have predated the SHB by some years, so presumably it was one of the inspirations for the SHB (along with a similar one in Newcastle UK).
This bridge is the only road access to Phillip Island in Westernport bay, Victoria. It links the towns of San Remo (on the left) and Newhaven (on the right, on the island). This one was built in 1969 to replace an older wooden bridge. K-3 + DA 55-300 PLM.
