I've posted a few various shots of theis bridge, not told the story of the clock and quote. It's part of a multi spot installation commissioned by my neighbourhood BIA and done by Local artist Eldon Garnet in the 1990s. the quote is a reference to the Philosophy of Heraclitus, the clock was recently restored (it has stopped working) and more lighting was added to the bridge itself (along with the metal flags )
