Nah. It ups the congregation in the ones with fewer members; if the only place you can park is in the low congregation church, you just walk in and the congregation grows.
First Baptist has it made. There is a city parking garage right across the street that is free on weekends.

I presume you're working with IR. Gives an interesting color palate to the image here, and plenty of drama to the B&W you posted recently on the scenics thread.

Yes, I had my K-5 converted to 590nm IR. The color image above has the red and blue channels swapped, although I also like the effect of leaving the colors as is on some scenes.

Johnson Mesa Church
This one-room Methodist Association kirk was built in 1897 on a high volcanic mesa east of Raton, New Mexico, and is still in use today. (It makes a great foreground for astrophotography as it is pure dark in this lonely location.)

I have to admit, I really dislike going in churches, but, I can handle them from a distance.

Another Hertfordshire Village Church

In Bourne End, near Berkhamsted, taken with a Pentax K-70 and HD 35 Limited. Each image is a composite of three landscape oriented JPEGs from the camera, stitched in Microsoft ICE and tweaked in PaintShop Pro.

Our tour guide said this was the most photographed church in town. Taken from a moving bus, hence the reflection from the window.
