Cong Abbey, including one image showing the ornate carving that must have been wondrous at one time. The abbey was founded about 700, destroyed by fire, rebuilt then destroyed during the Normal invasion in 1203. It was rebuilt again, and some of the structure visible survives from that time..

Best scenery

This has to be the best scenery in a church photo. Those bloody colonialists built them anywhere and everywhere didn't they?

I didn't pay attention o my settings, which ended up being ISO 400 and 1/8000s, I'm not sure I've ever shot at 1/8000s before in my life.
