You know how real estate agents sometimes exaggerate the attractions of properties for sale? This one caught my eye

That's a great sign! In other words it's a "handyman special" or fit to be bulldozed and replaced. May as well be upfront.

Thanks Goerg. What makes ''me laugh'' about the sign is that this area is know for being able to buy counterfeit IDs of all kinds.
