Both good ideas I think. It is facing the ocean. But it is also right where the trail breaks out of the dunes and onto the beach. It's a pretty recent addition since it wasn't there a few years ago.

Taken in Johannesburg last year. The auction advertised in the sign board did not yield any buyer, it seems. The building still looks the same and the sign is still there.
