I've never used anything more modern than 4.4. Annoyingly, I didn't buy 6 before the dreaded subscription service came in, and now I cannot find a copy of the standalone version. The main problem I have with 4.4 is that the resolution on the screen of my new laptop is so high that the fonts, even at maximum size, are tiny. I've ended-up running my screen at the resolution of my old laptop!
What I miss the most from 6.8 is the "auto Leveler" which basically gets your horizon straightened without have to do so manually with the crop tool... it sometimes did not work, but most times it was a beauty and time-saver.... also the De-haze slider...

I suppose this qualifies as a sign; flood record gauge on Murrumbidgee River at Gundagai, NSW.
It shows the biggest floods recorded. After the 1852 & 1853 floods they moved the town; smart thinking.

the volunteer docents are recognized for their contributions to the Camp Cowabunga exhibit at the Topeka Zoo and Conservation Center

the Patas Pathway allows the Patas monkeys to climb up to and across a covered bridge, spanning a walk way, to another exhibit area where they are alone

their other exhibit area is shared with helmeted guinea fowls, a dik dick but also connects to the inside exhibit area

Information signs used at rest stops along the Hume and Pacific Highways in NSW - mostly tourism stuff, sometimes very informative historical info.

Hmmm... Reminds me of a Disney cartoon in which the park ranger is reading out rules, a seemingly endless list of "don'ts" and finally says "...and don't do that either!"
The phrase "don't do that" always reminds me of the old Vaudeville comedy bit:

PATIENT: Doctor, it hurts when I do dat.

DOCTOR: Don't do dat!

In keeping with the theme of this forum, I thought I would ask how many sign devotees know the old Homer & Jethro song about finding a weathered billboard and reading the mixed advertising messages? I couldn't find an online video of them singing it, but this webpage has the lyrics for you to read:

It was from this quarry 300 kms south of Sydney that the granite for the pylons for Sydney Harbour Bridge were constructed as well as many other Sydney buildings. All transported by boat.
