The artist of this sign changed the sign as Jonas Vingegaard won the 11. stage of Tour de France. And later on won the whole tour ;-)

The first one:
Baby you can drive my car
but only very slowly!
Pedestrians and bike riders have first right to be here

And the second one:
I want to ride my bicycle
Soft road users have 1st priority
Cars are only allowed to drive here slowly
