Indeed it is in MO. That is "Millstream Gardens" near Ironton, MO. There are more places like that, particularly in the southeast part of the state.

Looking in my "Geologic Wonders and Curiosities of Missouri" book, there are 47 of these "Shut-Ins" features listed. As I look at the list, I have been to about 6 of them, but don't have modern photos for most of them. I may have to work on that! Of course many of them will require access on private property.
