I picked up recently a really nice Minolta Dynax 5 and Sigma 18/3.5 AF super cheap at my thrift shop (4€ for the SLR with a cheap Minolta zoom attached and 2€ for the Sigma) ... so I threw in a roll of Kodak UltraMax 400 that was gifted to me to see if all works AOK.

All home developed in Ilfotech (1+29) for about 15 minutes ... a nicer roll of real B&W film will go next into this combo ... first three images are of Saint Pierre Cathedral and the last two are of Montierneuf Abbey ... both in Poitiers. (X-post from film thread)

Real library books! Ours burnt up a bit last July, when someone thought it would be fun to throw firecrackers in the book return slot. 12-18 months was the estimated rebuild / repair time.

we don't live near a 'local' library, so pay an annual fee to a couple of counties/cities for access to their library systems... we're usually at one of them once a week or so....
