That version is quite different than the original color photo. I think it was a yellow filter added and the usual cranking up the contrast.

Souq (weekly market), Taghzout, lower Todgha oasis, Morocco. K-5 II with Samyang 16mm f/2.0 ED AS UMC CS, converted to monochrome using Photoshop’s channel mixer.
